Q: What are the requirements to get hired?
A: You must be at least 18 years old, (21 for driver positions with a
valid ambulance drivers license), have a valid CA drivers license, possess
a valid California EMT certification, an Orange County EMS providers license,
and a CPR card for healthcare providers. If a position is offered to you,
successful passing of a drug screen and a background examination will be
required to complete the selection process.
